Chef's Kitchen
A homeschool cooking track. You sit with them. They cook for real. Twinkle, Grum, and Ember never open a chat — and the kid never sees usernames or friends.
How to start
- Sit with your child (iPad or phone is fine).
- Turn the volume UP — the chef talks out loud.
- Tap Start here — Preschool below for the easiest first try.
- Pick a chef when asked, then tap the big Play / picture buttons. The child does not need to read.
- You own knives and anything hot. Cold snacks are okay for kids.
- Kindergarten / 1st Grade / Grades 3–5 are below when you want them.
- Parent phone screen: open parent.html on a second phone/tab.
- Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen on iPad.
Preschool
Wash, sort, count, stir, pour, wait, help Mo, and mango yogurt. Huge taps. No reading. Cold snacks with you — you handle any knife.
OPEN Best first tryKindergarten
Name tools and jobs. Pour with cup measures. Count to 10. Hot means NO. Clean as you go, recipe cards, one extra guest, help Ember carry, aloha fruit cup. The stove stays a grown-up zone.
OPEN1st Grade
Fair shares, double guests, thirds, cups, picnic kindness with Pip/Dot/Mo, and Family Cook Day. Cold snacks with you — you own heat and knives.
OPENGrades 3–5
Safety, metric steps, the big order, fair shares, feed yourself. Then a family cookoff you score — a party, not a test.
OPENMiddle school
Scale a recipe for a real family dinner. Shop a grocery budget. Build a plate with simple nutrition — grain, veg, protein.
ComingHigh school
Feed yourself for a week. Cost a menu. A quiet preview of food-as-business — still cooking, still with you in the kitchen.
ComingSenior
Business track capstone — license + $2,000 earned so they can start adult life without a student loan.
